Is your back sore because it's hard for you to maintain the lumbar curve, or because when you get tired, your back will round a bit on the deadlifts?
Well I haven't done heavy deeds in awhile so I dont know how to handle the weight when it gets really heavy. I think what happened was I rounded my back trying to deadlift..:/
