Rest Day for Saturday 10/15/11

As I predicted...my back is SO sore from deadlifting yesterday...trying to stretch it out by rolling out on lax balls and doing some yoga!

Got my socks in the mail today FINALLY! Can't wait to wear them in a WOD!

  1. Is your back sore because it's hard for you to maintain the lumbar curve, or because when you get tired, your back will round a bit on the deadlifts?

  2. Well I haven't done heavy deeds in awhile so I dont know how to handle the weight when it gets really heavy. I think what happened was I rounded my back trying to deadlift..:/
